Otto works with Logisyn as a strategic advisor, supporting clients across the supply chain, logistics, and returns ecosystem. His focus is on buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, helping founders, management teams, and investors think through growth paths, capital strategies, and potential exits. Otto brings a practical, market-driven perspective to transactions, combining industry knowledge with a strong commercial mindset.
Prior to collaborating with Logisyn, Otto held senior commercial and advisory roles in logistics and supply chain technology businesses. Beginning his career at UPS, Otto gained hands-on experience across logistics and operations and later held leadership roles in supply chain and logistics technology businesses, often focused on commercial strategy and M&A initiatives. He has worked closely with founders, corporates, and private equity-backed companies on strategic positioning, partnerships, and M&A opportunities. Otto leverages his industry network and hands-on experience to support clients in identifying the right partners, structuring transactions, and executing deals with clarity and focus.
Otto was born and raised in the Netherlands. He studied technology at university in Delft and later completed business studies in Amsterdam. Outside of work, Otto enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. He played football when he was younger and now enjoys surfing, kitesurfing, golf, tennis, hiking, and skiing. He lives in the Amsterdam area with his partner and their two young daughters, and enjoys traveling, having spent extended periods in different parts of the world, including several recent winters in and around Cape Town.
